Getting started

Is Novaryq available in the UK today?

The UK is pre-launch. Join the early-access list for a walkthrough; any pilot date depends on production-readiness, acquirer certification, regional infrastructure and legal review.

How do card payments work?

The Global Payments sale and refund integration is implemented, but it is not yet certified for live production use. A pilot proposal identifies the acquirer setup, supported flow and third-party charges.

Do you handle VAT properly?

The early-access build supports VAT-inclusive pricing, tax extraction, a zero-rated cold-takeaway class and VAT registration data. Final invoice treatment must be reviewed with your accountant and certified before launch.

Payments & compliance

Can guests split the bill?

Guest ordering and bill-splitting workflows are part of pilot validation. The exact UK table-side scope will be stated before onboarding rather than represented here as generally available.

What about tips and service charge?

Tip presets are available. Service-charge and tronc workflows remain pilot or roadmap items and require venue-specific legal review.

Platform & devices

Do you sell hardware?

Regional early access is software-led. Compatible devices, printers, procurement responsibilities and any related fees are confirmed in the written pilot proposal.

Is there a mobile app?

The POS runs in any modern browser today, including on tablets and phones. Dedicated Android and iOS apps are coming soon.

Does it work offline?

Cash-order queueing is available for pilot validation. Card acceptance and other connected services still depend on network and provider availability.

Can I run multiple outlets?

Multi-outlet management is a platform capability. Locations, permissions, reporting and commercial scope are confirmed in the pilot proposal.

Data & migration

Can I bring my menu from my current POS?

We assess the source system and document which menus, categories, modifiers and guest records can be imported and reconciled during the pilot.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your menu, orders and guest list are exportable at any time, and we never sell personal information.
